“Leah is phenomenally gifted at what she does, and I feel fortunate indeed to have the privilege to be her student. Leah is a nurturing, patient and generous person and teacher; she leads me to explore myself and my world through Yoga. Unpretentious and with a lot of humor, Leah brings her incredibly deep and extensive knowledge of yoga to her students. I always leave feeling more uplifted and inspired then when I came. In an era when there is so much need for grounding in our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirit, we are blessed to have teachers such as Leah among us. She exemplifies yoga principles of respect, awareness and deep commitment to personal practice. She appreciates and attends to individual needs and circumstances without compromising high standards of practice and discipline. She instills a love of yoga in her students with her skill, passion and compassion. Her studio has an atmosphere of peace and serenity. Her teachings encourage me to keep on studying about the wonderful yoga philosophy and lifestyle.”

I met leah by going to her amazing classes she taught at my
Yoga studio. We instantly connected and I was always drawn to her words of encouragement and of course amazing hugs. She mentioned that she did healing sessions and was available when I was as I had never done that before. During this time I was in mourning from having a miscarriage at 21 weeks pregnant and also going through a tough adoption process. My yoga mat was my healing space to keep going and while I did my own meditation and self help it just wasn’t enough to completely heal my wounds internally. I opened up to Leah when my grief was bad around the anniversary of my miscarriage and decided it was time to take my healing a further step. I attended my first Reiki session and released so much but was very blocked in most of my chakras. I was hooked on Leah’s reiki session I knew this journey wasn’t going to be easy but it was going to be so worth it! Leah is such a good communicator and really touches on each chakra and would ask me questions and that really got me to open up about my past traumas. Her sessions were extremely transformative in my life and I will be forever grateful to her for helping me heal that part of my life. It’s no coincidence that my husband picked the name Leah for our daughter when she was born. And of course I loved it! If you are ever in need of reiki healing and life coaching or one on one yoga sessions, contact her! Your life will be forever changed in the most amazing way.
As a heavy lifter, a constant goer, and a personal trainer I was craving a fun, free flowing movement practice without any focus on reps/sets/pounds etc…
I came across a woman named Leah!
She has done and studied so many different practices giving her the ability and notion to pick up on when a person needs space to be held or pushed.
She teaches me hip-hop but it seems almost silly to call it that as she has taught me so much more. She has taught me how to open up, how to feel, how to let it go, and how to embrace a movement practice that can sometimes feel nerve racking.
I would highly urge anyone feeling stuck in a practice to open up to something new, something different, something scary… Stoked that I did and stoked that it led me to Leah!
To my friend and amazing yoga teacher , Leah Lynn is one of a kind she has very uplifting energy & has helped me over come my own struggles with mental health. What really worked for me was doing the 21 day meditation challenge on her podcast, as a pro mma fighter the mental pressures that come during fight camp and out of fight camp can be over whelming at times and the way I try to stay grounded is through Leah Lynn’s meditation podcast on Spotify. I till this day listen to it, whenever I’m feeling gloomy I tune into Leahs podcast & it has changed my life. Thank you Leah Lynn for all that you do.
