I have heard this quote countless times, but it wasn’t until yesterday that the words LEAPT out at me and said, “LISTEN!”…”Your playing small does not serve the world.” So, here I am, no longer caving into my Piscean escapism tactics.  Instead, today I choose to bare my soul to you… to share with you my knowledge, my challenges, and my life lessons as a woman on the search for enlightenment (…and to lend some some fun tips, tricks and inspiration in the process!).  As a yoga teacher and energy guide, I consistently ask my students to drain their fears and to give their light permission to shine bright.  My intention for setting up a blog is to connect with you. As I spill my fears of exposing myself to the big bad web, I hope you will somehow do the same.  I hope that you gain even a teensy bit of inspiration to start something, to finish something, or just to look inside at the subtle shifts that YOU would like to make toward your own self empowerment.  🙂
